There are four patios which catch the sun during the day in addition to benefiting from the awesome extensive views. Larger parties gain access to a separate apartment which is included along with the house, this is positioned at ground level and includes an extra bedroom, kitchen, living area with sofa bed and office with broadband access.

This property is in the ideal placement for enjoying the sophisticated buzz of Torquay with it’s beautiful harbour, restaurants, cafés, shops and numerous attractions such as The Living Coasts Zoo and Kents Cavern. If its beaches you require you’re also spoilt for choice as there are many nearby plus the South West coastal path is just on the doorstep too.

The use of the extra apartment only applies for partys of 9 people. In the case of bookings for 7 people or less then this portion of the property will be closed off.
