Each room in this fabulous holiday accommodation has sensational views either over the Teign Estuary to Teignmouth and along the coast or to the rear garden. It is handily located just a few yards from the beach and the sea.

A short walk and are in the heart of Shaldon village with its old pubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities which include, the post office, butchers, newsagent, chandlery, women’s boutique, gift shops and art galleries.

A large lounge/diner looking out over the village square. 1x four seater sofa bed in faux suede. Neutral and contemporary decor. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky satellite channels and a DVD player. Views over the River Teign and Teignmouth. A contemporary white and stainless steel colour scheme. Solid wood worktops. Electric oven and ceramic hob. Microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafétière. There are two contemporary design bedside cabinets either side of the double bed, a matching wood and steel framed dressing table and a wardrobe. The fully tiled bathroom has a white suite comprising a corner bath with a shower attachment, wash basin with mixer taps, bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rail. A laundry basket stands in the corner for dirty clothes. The w.c. is separate with its own wash basin. A top floor flat, with views across the village and countryside. There is one private parking space to the side of the property, for a small family car.

A spacious and airy living area stretching the entire length of the house. Decorated to a very high standard. 1x three seater sofa, 1x two seater sofa, 1x armchair. Marble fireplace. 42″ HD TV with Sky satellite channels. DVD/Video player and CD/Radio player. A variety of books and board games for guests to use. Kitchen The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, double oven with gas hob and hood over, chrome kettle and toaster, and a cafetiere. A door leads to the utility room where there is a washer/dryer and stainless steel sink, with a door giving access to the rear patio. Dining Includes a light wood table with 6 chairs.A high chair is provided for younger guests. Master Bedroom A spacious bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table and 3 sliding door mirrored wardrobes. En-suite shower room. Bedroom Two Decorated for children, this room has bunk beds, a play table (complete with wooden toy railway) and a 5-drawer chest. Bedroom Three Contains twin beds with bedside units, a wardrobe with matching dressing table and stool. Main Bathroom Contains a white suite with chrome fittings, comprising a wash basin, w.c., bath with shower over, as well as a mirror, glass shelves, chrome heated towel rail and shaver point. En-suite Bathroom Features a shower, w.c., wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and accessories, and a shaver point. At the front of the property there is a small garden. The rear of the property has a patio area with a table and 2 chairs and parking for 1 vehicle.
