Katy’s Cottage is a charming holiday home which has been attractively renovated, decorated and furnished throughout, depending on your needs it can have two or three bedroom and one or two reception rooms. Ideally positioned in the quaint village of Kingsand on the Rame Peninsula in South Cornwall. There’s a little patio area at the front of the cottage perfect for sitting and unwinding, whilst enjoying the views over the village and out to sea.
Swimming, fishing, windsurfing and water skiing are all available nearby as are some fantastic coastal walks. The city of Plymouth, is just a short ferry trip away, Darmoor is a 45 minute drive and the towns of Looe and Polperro are just along the coast.
