Park Mill Farm Cottage is located at Chulmleigh midway between Exeter and Barnstaple, perfectly positioned in twenty acres of picturesque grounds complete with fishing rights, this charming riverside setting is a cornucopia of lush fields, woods and parkland where you are free to roam along with the abundant wildlife. Horse riding and golf is also available locally.

Two rivers run through the property (The Little Dart and The Huntacott) in addition to a private fishing lake where guests can revel in free fly and coarse fishing and catch Brown Trout, Sea Trout, Salmon and Carp. River fishing requires a permit which may be obtained at any post office.

Park Mill Farm is a perfectly placed self catering holiday accommodation for exploring both Exmoor and Dartmoor.
