For entertainment there is a superb digital TV with DVD and a great sounding radio/cd/ipod music system. Kitchen Fully fitted with an electric double oven with halogen hob, fridge, microwave and a washer/dryer. Dining The dining table is situated in the window providing stunning views across the valley and towards Dartmouth.There are 6 matching upholstered chairs. Master Bedroom A spacious room with patio doors leading onto the balcony area. There is a king-sized bed (two single beds joined) and a large wardrobe. Bedroom Two 2x single beds and a pull out bed if required. The high quality bathroom features a large shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin and heated towel rail, and is fully tiled. Set in a peaceful location, a ten minute walk into the village centre. Stunning views from the balcony. Steps lead up to the apartment entrance. On-street parking is available.Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm; unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
